Dinner # 3

DINNER IDEA #1

THE SIPDER GUY

Let’s face it- kids hate to eat vegetables! But with time and creative ideas and PATIENCE they will eat it!

So today, I’ve created   a new friend at the dinner table! The spider guy.

For the crust, I blended Bodhi, carrots, and sweet peppers which I incorporated within the flour dough while kneading it.

Remember to don’t use TOO MUCH cheese. This can contribute to increased levels of cholesterol which would increase the risk of other lifestyle diseases. Remember the key is to create healthy eating habits for your children J
